These terms explain how you may use Hedy Design Assistant, including the Chrome extension, hosted workspace, and related website services operated by AiIntersect.ai.

Hedy is a page-aware website QA and feedback tool. You may use Hedy to review websites, create checklist items, attach screenshots or recordings, collaborate with teammates, and connect approved developer tools to your Hedy workspace.
You are responsible for the content you add to Hedy and for making sure you have permission to review, record, or capture the websites and materials you use with the service.
Some Hedy features require signing in. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account or workspace access has been compromised.
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting appropriate users, assigning permissions, and removing access when a user no longer needs it.
Do not use Hedy to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or capture private content without proper permission.
We may limit, suspend, or remove access if use of Hedy creates security risk, violates these terms, or could harm other users or the service.
Hedy processes account, workspace, page context, screenshots, recordings, comments, checklist items, and related metadata as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not upload regulated, sensitive, or confidential information unless you have the right to do so and your organization has approved Hedy for that use.
Hedy is currently offered as free early access. There is no credit card requirement or trial clock today. If pricing, paid plans, or material access limits are introduced, we will communicate those changes before they apply to existing users.
Hedy is actively improving. We may add, change, or remove features, release new extension versions, or update the hosted workspace to improve reliability, security, and product quality.
Chrome Web Store installations update through Google's extension update process. Developer-channel ZIP builds, when available, are intended for testing ahead of Web Store approval.
Hedy is provided as-is and as available. We work to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AiIntersect.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Hedy.
